The Senlis Council organised The Kabul Working Day on Drug Policy, a high-level meeting which brought together senior Afghan officials, international representatives from donor countries, international agencies, and Non-Governmental Organisations present in Afghanistan. The seminar addressed the multiple dimensions of drug policy in Afghanistan with panel discussions, on issues ranging from problems of drug use; eradication strategies; alternative livelihood programmes; to questions related to security and the rule of law.
